MEET OUR FOUNDER
Y. T. Clark, J.D., Ph.D.
With a Ph.D. in English, many years of teaching in a university English department and School of Journalism, and a J.D. from a top-ten law school, our founder has always been interested in communication and simplifying complex processes. After a twelve year "brick and mortar" law practice in estate planning, he realized there were simpler, more affordable ways to complete your planning. Intrigued by the opportunities new technology made possible, he worked with software engineers across the country to create The Gift of Planning. We've spent the last ten years helping people plan in this new way.
